The varying landscapes of the Nature Reserve make several recreational activities possible.
It is particularly grand for bikers. Well prepared route and tour offers await them. Be it on the Nahe bicycle path, the Graefen stream Eller stream bicycle path, the Schinderhannes-Soonwald-bicycle path or the Luetzelsoon bicycle path – every cyclist is sure to find the perfect path. The offers for hikers is just as varied. From easy, well signed paths to adventure trails “only for trained hikers” lots of trails are waiting to be discovered.
An unusual excitement is a trip with a handcar through the Glan valley or a visit to the barefoot path in Bad Sobernheim. Horse lovers too, will be pleased about the many possibilities to go riding. Friends of golfing can enjoy the close to nature golf courses in Stromberg and Bad Muenster am Stein-Ebernburg.
Should it really rain sometime, you can find adventures underground in tunnels, cavities and old mines.
